My family was traveling from Florida back home to New Hampshire and after driving over 12 hours we decided to book a room. The receptionist was very helpful even when our reservation got mixed up and showed up as cancelled. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast did lack a protein but for a free breaks with waffles, cereal, and muffins it was pretty good!!
Very clean rooms. The whole inside and outside of the hotel was in good shape. Adequate breakfast. Gas and food within walking distance and state park attraction close by. For the money it was a positive stay.
The room is huge, double the size of a typical hotel room. The bathroom counter is long enough for 3 people to get ready simultaneously. There’s a tall fridge, a microwave, coffee, and coffeemaker in the room. The room must be soundproof because I didn’t hear a peep. Good water pressure in the walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hallways are drab, but who cares? The rooms are GREAT! Right next door to the hotel are Applebees, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, and more!
Our room didn't have a coffee machine and the beds made noises.
Although the hotel is a little rundown we are still treated very well when we stay here. I would like to point out the exceptional job your housekeeper Jonathan does. He cleaned our room for us and it was fantastic. He takes the time to make sure your room is clean and pleasant. This gentleman is an asset to your hotel. Thank you Jonathan
My room was clean, price was right, and good location for getting around, no issues with safety or bugs at all. There is also an elevator and yes, it works just fine Their computers always seemed to be super slow and it held things up if there was a lot of customers in line. Breakfast was just cereal, bagels, and yogurt.
Could do a little better on your handicap people. I'm only saying this because I had a hard time getting around in the room and shower because of my back. Could use a fold up chair in your showers
Not the best, but not the worst place I've stayed. Appears clean, orderly, big room but room had no rugs. Little decor, kind of cold and uninviting. But it's good enough for an overnight stay to visit the area-close to family in Wilmington. Philadelphia not to far either.
